The Emerald offers a breathable boot with added comfort and a super smooth skating feeling. The extra smooth, feather light Power Knit textile upper wraps your foot like a second skin. The Emerald re-defines comfort and its look and specialized materials set new standards. This sporty, sophisticated skate is a slender fit and has the added advantage of being super light-weight.

Boot:

The Chaya Emerald low cut boot is very light-weight and comfortable. The sporty look is emphasized by the Power Knit upper, a high tech knitted textile, which is characterized by its durability and low weight. Furthermore it can be laced perfectly and wraps your foot like a second skin. The toe area is protected by a layer of PU-leather material. The hard composite outsole provides a good power transfer.

Plate:

The plate is made of a fibreglass reinforced nylon composite material, which makes the plate extra stiff and responsive and provides a smooth ride. The king pin and axles are made of steel while the cushions are made of high quality PU for easy turns and skating pleasure.

This plate features the Power Toe System (PTS) for better performance, more power, speed and control. The front of the plate is raised and angled closer to the natural bend of the out sole. This ensures that the muscles of the feet are pre-tensioned, which makes it easier to push the skates.

The replaceable toe stopper is placed off set towards the inside of the plate to follow the anatomical and natural movement when a skater wants to stop or is walking on the toe stopper. The stopper itself is made of long lasting natural rubber material, which provides great performance.

Wheels:

The “Octo Edge” wheels of the Chaya roller skates are made of SHR PU-material. With a classic roller derby size of 59mm x 38mm and a hardness of 92A the wheels provide a great rolling performance with the right amount of slide to perfect your stops. They are perfect for your inoor rolling activities.

Bearings:

WICKED (WCD) is a new high end bearing brand specialized for all kinds of rollsport. WCD is made of the best available raw materials and crafted with high quality to guarantee a fast and smooth ride but also long lifetime. WCD ABEC 7 Freespin bearings have a very good and smooth freespin. The bearing contains 7 chrome steel bearings and a light weight but resistant nylon cage. One side is covered by a non contact rubber coated RZ shield. A synthetic oil from Japan is used for this high end bearing.
